Advocacy Activists strives to assist youths through the provision of a transitional housing success program with a cradle-to-grave model which includes life skills development and an educational-employment component on an individual level and a systems level to assist youths between the ages of 16 -24 years of age to transition into a life of success.

foster youth have an opportunity for a better future.
